CCAI Honors Board Members, Installs New Officers

The Chemical Coaters Association International, CCAI, honored members for their service and dedication and installed its 2009–2010 officers and national board members during its recent annual meeting, held in Scottsdale, Ariz.

CCAI presented Phil Ruggerio, retired and current chapter coordinator for the Twin Cities chapter, with its highest honor, The James F. Wright Lifetime Achievement award. Ruggerio was recognized for his service to both his CCAI chapter and the national board. He has served in many roles within his chapter and currently coordinates the chapters database and promotion efforts. Over the years, Ruggerio has served the national board in all officer roles, including two terms as president.

Chapter User and Supplier of the Year members were also honored for their year-long service and dedication. The 2008–2009 Chapter Award winners are as follows: Nathan Finney, IHD Powder Coating Services, and Ron Cudzilo, George Koch Sons, (Central States Chapter); Greg Kraner, HUFFY Corporation, and J.B.Graves, Wagner Industrial Solutions, (Greater Cincinnati Chapter); Bernie Downey, BL Downey, and John Sudges, Midwest Finishing, (Northern Illinois Chapter); Mark Walsworth, Donaldson Corp., and Pat Cullen, Cullen Equipment, (Twin Cities Chapter); Kevin Riesberg, Knoll, Inc., and Scott Bultman, Business Coach 4 Profit (West Michigan Chapter); and Pat Patton, Ariens Company, and Dave Chalk, Galaxy Associates, Inc. (Wisconsin Chapter).
